ADVANCED TICKETING

To purchase a ticket, click on the event you wish to attend and press the “Buy Tickets” button. After you purchase your tickets you will receive a confirmation email with your party name and confirmation number. Your party name will be at the door when you arrive. Please also have your confirmation email with you.

We have a NO REFUND POLICY. You must use the tickets you’ve purchased they cannot be refunded. Exchanges or modifications of existing reservations will be at the discretion of the management.

PLEASE NOTE: your ticket guarantees you entrance. Seating for each show begins approximately 30 minutes before the set begins.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the set and join the advanced ticket line.

Choice of seats is first come/first served, so please be on-time for seating.

Walk-in tickets are available at the door depending on availability.



FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  1. Do you have a dress code?
    We ask for appropriate dress for a nightclub in New York City.

  2. Can I take photographs/videos during the show?
    We do not restrict photos or videos. Using flash photography is not permitted. We cannot allow photography/videography which is a disruption to musicians or audience members. Video taping entire performances is not permitted.

  3. Do you have an age restriction?
    While we welcome all ages but we do not recommend bringing very young children. IDs will be checked at our bars if you are ordering alcohol.

  4. Do you have a drink minimum?
    In addition to our music charge, which is added to your bar tab, we require the purchase of one drink per person, per set. We have a full bar as well as non-alcoholic options.

  5. How long are the sets?
    Approximately one hour long.

  6. When should I arrive?
    Seating begins 30 minutes the show. Ticket holders are seated first come, first served. If you arrive after the set begins you may be moved to the next set.

  7. I purchased tickets but can no longer attend?
    We are unable to refund tickets after purchase. We can exchange for another date if the request is made at least 24 hours before the day of the performance.

  8. We are a large group with advanced tickets. Can we be seated together?
    We cannot accommodate seating large groups together.

  9. I left an item behind, what can I do?
    Please contact info@smallslive.com. We will notify you if our staff recovers your lost item.
